Helping us locate your order
When contacting us about an order, provide its reference, the checkout email address and a brief description of the issue. Relevant photos can help us assess damage, defects or an incorrect item. Never send passwords, complete payment card numbers or security codes by email.
Mark an urgent change request with “Order change” and the order number. We will check whether the requested amendment is still possible and confirm the result. A message alone does not confirm an amendment or cancellation. For information rights, use “Privacy request” in the subject line.
